What you see (both your physical site of what's in front of you, or how you perceive it mentally) is the door to your soul.
 
When you are triggered, your emotional state changes.
 
Based on your emotional state will determine how you perceive a situation.
 
So how can you avoid being triggered and set your eyes on things above, not on earthly things?
 
Easy.

Learn to trust the way you feel, your motivation level at certain times, your procrastination at certain times, and more.

Once you figure out your brand and call to actions, you’re now ready to show up on social media to find your people and make an impact.

Trust is an action word and requires us to MOVE in order to prove that we really trust. In this episode I share something incredibly vulnerable and shameful that I’ve held onto for so long but for whatever reason God wanted me to share.
 
My goal is to create a community of vulnerable, authentic, bold women who know they were meant for more and are willing to show up and do the action steps it takes to get there.

Ep 47: What Do You Want?

What do you really want?
 
Do you want things and strive for things just because others are? Or just because the world tells you that you should or that you’re comparing yourself to others?
 
It’s time to figure out what we want, what is causing us to want these “fake things” and how to truly get what we want by believing in who we were created to be.
 
I don’t want to just teach you about Jesus and The Holy Spirit, I want you to experience both of them. The experience is something you can never be robbed from and once you experience them, you will never be able to deny them.
 
You are Chosen & Anointed. Stop believing that you’re not.

Ep 46: Soul Care

Do you now how bad the devil wants your attention? How bad he wants your kids?... and your Husband?
 
He is out to get you and he is winning.
 
But GOOD NEWS! The devil has already been defeated and has no place or authority over your life.
 
All you have to do is recognize his tactics and put an end to them.
 
He is trying to get you overwhelmed, he is turning the voices up in your head, he is causing you to doubt and question who God already said you are.
 
Do not let him continue! Put him in his place and in the episode I teach you how to do that; how to protect your soul and how to co-create your life with God because Mama we need you to help us fight.

Chances are you're not actually waiting on God, but in fact... He is waiting on you.
 
We go through trials and tribulations because God is refining us and growing us into the people we need to be in order to receive and success at the blessings He pours out on us. But if we're not ready for the blessing, if we got it too early... we would ruin it.
 
Most of us are begging God to show up in our lives, to give us clarity, bring us success and business ideas, but what if He is trying to help you but you keep ruining it?

Isolation can feel extremely lonely and cold. When we are isolated we are alone with our own thoughts which can be a very scary place. Doubt, fear, and self-sabotage creep in causing you to over think, and spiral out of control.
 
But what if instead of doing that, you realized that God is trying to get your attention. He is eliminating every distraction in your life and causing you to be 100% alone with God.
 
Imagine if instead of stressing and fearing isolation, we looked forward to it and we used that time to hear from God and to get our next breadcrumb for our mission. In today's episode I talk about how you can lean into isolation and enjoy the ride down the path to your destiny. God loves you and wants you to hear his instructions. Will you listen?
