But what if I told you that experiencing a difficult time would actually be the perfect setup to learn about and experience God’s will for your life.
The goal is to become more like Jesus so that we can experience a fruitful, abundant life. But in order to become like someone you must spend time with them, learning the way they think and their character. Also, another question… what has God told you to do deep down in your soul but fear is holding you back from doing it?
Sadly, this is most of the world. We would rather struggle, hustle, work and sacrifice instead of just pray and focus on the right things to do. Our focus is completely off of what’s important, and is on all the things of this world like having more “stuff”. We think if we have more stuff we will feel better and be able to begin focusing on the things we know we need to. But the stuff is never enough and therefore you never are able to focus on the things that truly matter, like family, purpose, fulfillment, and growing closer to Christ.
