Ep 34: Step 1: Admit

Chances are you don’t even realize you’re in the valley yet… but once you realize it, congratulations you’ve achieved step 1 out of the valley!
Getting out of the valley requires you to take one step after the other, which sounds pretty simple but, if you don’t know which steps to take… that can get you stuck down there for a lot longer than you need to be.
Take it from me, fellow valley struggler, it is not hard AT ALL to get out if you know the steps.

Ep 33: Did You Fall Asleep?
