It's hard to be set apart and not conform to a world that we're so submerged in.

But we're called to be different and we're called to be the positive influence over the world.

If you are “Under the influence”- your mind if affected and polluted and God no longer is in control of you through The Holy Spirit.

However, you can be under the influence and not be drunk or high.

You can be under the influence of another person, their beliefs, views, standards, morals, and goals and...

You can also be under the influence of the devil and he is out to steal and destroy everything in your life.
